My only suggestion to improve the eBook would be to have a part stressing that having a Garage will nullify any attempt for a repo guy to get the vehicle at home. I even noticed on a bike ride through our nighborhood that this repo guy only lives 2 streets away, literally a 30 second drive away, he apparently owns a wrecker because he parks it as his home. Even with that ultra convenient locality he has not been successful as we keep the vehicle in the garage.
